Graduate Fellowships (only Classics graduate students are eligible)

• LANGADAS GRADUATE FELLOWSHIPS
  Two fellowships ($ 2,500 each) for Classics Graduate Students.
  
  (NOTE: The application process for these two fellowships is different from other scholarships. Interested applicants should submit directly to the graduate coordinator Dr. Jennifer Rea a 500 word statement that explains what the study of ancient Greece has meant to them and why they are seeking this scholarship)

CGS Scholarships for Entering Students

Students entering the University of Florida may apply for these awards.  For the CASSAS, student must enroll in modern Greek language class, for the PODES, student must take at least one course offered in Greek Studies and/or Classics.

  For a student enrolling in a modern Greek language class

How to apply?

• Print the appropriate application form for each scholarship, fill it, attach the statement and bring it in to the Classics office or post it to Tina Williams, Department of Classics, PO Box 117435, Gainesville, FL 32611-7435.
• Application Deadline for Entering Scholarships is September 15.
• Application Deadline for all other scholarships is March 15.
