Non-Degree Distance Option

This status is advisable for students who have missed the application deadline for the year, and would still like to take a class. This status is also useful for those who only want to take one or two classes. N.B.: Only six credits taken as a non-degree-seeking student may be transferred to a degree program (if you are eventually admitted as a degree-seeking student).

1. Immunization Form (absolutely necessary for final registration!)
   1. The university requires proof of immunization of all students. Yes, even distance students. Don't ask why, just fill the form out asap or suffer grievously!

   • Download the application form:

   • Fill the form out, and fax it to Rebecca Dukes at (352) 846-0297.
