Online Graduate International Application

1. Complete or edit your online application. 

2. Contact the Educational Testing Service to request official scores to be forwarded to the University of Florida's Institution code 5812.

3. Print and send to the Department the following documents:

i. Print out the Department Copy of the application (pdf. Fill only the second part entitled 'Department Copy'), and send it to the graduate co-ordinator Dr. Andrew Wolpert along with:
ii. Fellowship/Assistantship application (pdf)
iii. Three letters of Recommendation by mail with the accompanied forms (pdf) if not submitted online
iv. Statement of Purpose
v. Copies of transcripts and test scores
vi. Writing Sample (optional)

4. Send the Certificate of Financial Responsibility  to the UF International Center (PDF Format)

5. Mail Application Fee Cover (if unable to pay online) to the University of Florida Office of Admissions.

6. Notify your department that you have applied online.
